Lynn Lowe
President

Lynn Lowe joined Music Services in 2008. She serves as President of Music Services and oversees the record label management of Gotee Records, Gaither/Spring House Records, Curb Records, Difference Media Group, Reflection Music Group, Clear Sight Music, LifeWay Products, Word Entertainment, Word Music and Church Resources, and others. She also handles negotiations of all television, film, and advertising uses of the songs and recordings that Music Services administers. Additionally, she oversees the selection, job assignments, and training for the company's intern program.

A true music enthusiast from southeast Georgia, Lynn moved to Nashville to pursue a career in music. She and her husband formed their own publishing company, Laci Morgan Music, in 1995 to further their own performing and writing careers, which includes multiple recordings by Kenny Chesney and others. Their personal creative journey greatly influence her interest in tending to the business affairs of creative companies. That experience led her to Third Tier Music, where she managed the publishing licensing activity for Keith Urban and the record label royalties for various clients, among them being Big Machine Records.

In her spare time, Lynn enjoys hiking to waterfalls, kickboxing, and movies. She and her husband have three children and one grandson.

Alex Morris
Vice President

Alex Morris joined Music Services in 2000 and is the company's second longest-standing employee. He serves as Vice President of Label and Publishing Services and oversees several record label and publishing clients, among them being Centricity Music, Tooth & Nail Records, Maranatha Music, Forerunner Music, New Haven Records, North Point Music, and Troubadour for the Lord Music. Additionally, he oversees the selection, job assignment, and overall training for the company's intern program.

Alex hails from the Mississippi Gulf Coast and is a graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi, where he earned a Bachelor of Music degree. Prior to joining Music Services, he began his music business career with Gibson Guitar.

Alex's interest include the arts, reading about presidential history, Chinese history, Chinese culture, World War II history, and The Metropolitan Museum of Art. In his spare time, he enjoys playing basketball, watching Jeopardy, cooking, and grilling.

Mark Hauth
Vice President, Publishing Services

With over 30 years in the music industry, Mark Hauth is Music Services' longest-standing employee with 25 years at the company. He serves as Vice President of Publishing Services and is the catalog manager for numerous music publishers including Lillenas Publishing Company, Make Way Music (Graham Kendrick), Wondrously Made Songs, Getty Music (Keith and Kristyn Getty), New Nation Music (Jennie Lee Riddle), Planetshakers Publishing, the Lorenz Corporation, and Fortunate Fall Music (Audrey Assad).

Mark began his career by working through the ranks at Meadowgreen Music, founded by Nashville publishing luminaries, Buddy Killen, Randy Cox, and Joe Huffman, where he helped administer the early songs of Michael W. Smith, Rich Mullins, and Gary Chapman. He is also an accomplished songwriter with songs recorded by Sandi Patty, 4 Him, Glen Campbell, and included in numerous choral publications.

Mark earned a Music Education degree from the University of Central Missouri. He plays trumpet piano, and guitar, and records songs in his own home studio when time permits. He and his wife are the proud parents of four children, Wesley (currently serving in the United States Marine Corp.), Aaron, Bethany, and Matthew.

Bryan Hansen
Manager, Publishing Services

Bryan Hansen joined the Music Services team in 2006 and has currently worked in the music industry for over 26 years. He currently oversees the catalog management of several publishers including, LifeWay Worship, SeeSeeBubba Songs (Natalie Grant), BMG Simpleville, SpiritSound Music Group, Kurt Kaiser Music, Randy Vader Music, and Don Moen Music. He also manages the license clearance and royalties for the record label, Harmonia Mundi USA.

After earning a Bachelor of Science in Music Business at the University of Nebraska (Kearney), Bryan worked at Brentwood-Benson Music Publishing as a sales representative, and then an account specialist and credit manager of customer accounts. In 1996, he joined The Copyright Company as a copyright administrator and eventually moved to Manager of Licensing Administration, managing all commercial, non-commercial, synchronization, and broadcast licensing for the company.

Bryan's civic and community involvement include being a member of the Administrators of Gospel Music and the Franklin Civil War Roundtable. He serves in the new Member's Ministry at The Church at Station Hill, where he is also a deacon. He performed for six seasons with the Nashville Symphony Chorus. In his spare time, he enjoys being with his wife and son.

Andrea Brooks

Andrea Brooks joined Music Services in 2014 after graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Music Business from Belmont University. Prior to her graduation, she secured a handful of internships, her first one being with Music Services in 2012. Her other intern stints were at Big Tractor Music, Tom-Leis Music, and Warner Chappell Music, where she worked with song catalogs of Dan + Shay, Brantley Gilbert, and more.

In her role at Music Services, Andrea manages royalty processing, licensing, and product set up for record label clients.

A native of Evansville, IN, Andrea enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and traveling. She and her husband are the proud parents of a lab/border collie mix, Jules.

Susan Heard
Director, License Clearances

Susan Heard, a native of Atlanta, GA, joined Music Services in 2014. With over 30 years of experience in the music industry, she currently serves as the Director of License Clearances, specializing in copyright and license clearance on behalf of the company's record labels and product companies.

Susan graduated from Baylor University in 1981 with a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications. Upon graduation, she worked in Los Angeles for two years as a Production Assistant to Grammy Award winning engineer and producer, Bill Schnee. She later joined The Fitzgerald Hartley Co. as an Executive Assistant to artist managers Larry Fitzgerald and Mark Hartley.

In 1990, Susan moved to Nashville, working as an A&R Administrator for Sparrow Records. In 1993, she joined industry veteran, Tim DuBois, at Arista Nashville, serving as Director of A&R Administration and Production, where she handled production management for five of their labels. In 2000, she joined Word Entertainment as Vice President of A&R Administration and Production, responsible for recording costs administration and production for Word, Myrrh, and Fervent Records, expanding in 2002 to include A&R administration for Warner Nashville artists.

Susan is a founding Board of Directors member for Music For Seniors, a Tennessee non-profit arts organization, which connects senior adults with Nashville area musicians through interactive live performances. She is also a member of Leadership Music (class of 2003), Source Nashville, and serves on the Administrators of Gospel Music (AGM) Board. She and her husband have two daughters and two grand-daughters.

Caroline Prince

Caroline Prince joined Music Services in 2016 after graduating from Middle Tennessee State University with a Bachelors of Science in Recording Industry, concentrating in Audio Production. While at MTSU, she was involved with Clarinet Choir, Band of Blue, and Symphonic Band. Working to complete her degree, she interned with Music Services in 2015. Prior to working full time with Music Services, she worked at Provident Label Group in the Essential Music Publishing department.

Caroline is a part of the record label team, where she helps manage synchronization licensing, sales processing, indexing works, product setup, and various other tasks with the management of label clients.

Caroline's interests include going to the movies, with her favorite films being Marvel, Harry Potter and scary movies (the scarier the better). She also enjoys listening to music and having discussions about Disney. Because of her vast knowledge of movie trivia, she is known to her friends as "IMDB TN".

Steven Zahn
Manager, Publishing Services & Royalties

Steven Zahn joined the Music Services team in 2017 after graduating with a Bachelor of Music, specializing in music administration and management, from West Texas A&M University in Canyon, Texas. He interned with Music Services in the summer of 2016 while working to complete his degree.

Steven oversees digital royalty data processing for all of Music Services’ 200+ clients. He also coordinates with the label team on data conversion of sales reports for processing, and with the publishing team on manual royalty data entry. Outside of royalties, he handles the publishing administration of a number of catalogs including C. A. Music, Jakedog Music, and Mosie Lister Songs. His other responsibilities include in-office technology management and logistics.

Steven is a classically trained musician, with his focus being in French horn. His education career began at South Plains College in Levelland, Texas, where he began studying Music Education. He soon transferred to West Texas A&M University and transitioned his focus to music administration and management. He was involved with Pep Band, Symphonic Band, Brass Choir, Marching Band, Concert Band, and French Horn Choir.

Steven is a native of Lubbock, Texas. His interests include: technology, traveling, baseball, Disney, Harry Potter, and spending time with his family and friends.

Megan Redman

Megan Redman joined Music Services in 2017 after interning with the team in 2013. She is a member of the record label team, where she completes various tasks including licensing, royalty processing, and product building for clients such as Anthony Evans, LifeWay Worship, Word Music and Church Resources, Word Entertainment, and many more.

Megan graduated Magna Cum Laude from Middle Tennessee State University in 2013, with a Bachelor of Science in Recording Industry, concentrating in Music Business. During her time at MTSU, she served as part-time field staff with CRU (Campus Crusade for Christ), and participated in various theatre programs. After graduating, she worked for a financial institution before returning to Music Services.

Megan is a Kentucky native, whose passions are singing and leading worship in the local church, traveling, and experiencing theatre productions. She also enjoys reading crime fiction novels and collecting puzzles.

Kimberly Keen
Accounting Manager

Kimberly Keen joined Music Services in January 2018 as an Accounting Manager working with the Label Team and Publishing Team.

During Kimberly's 20 year career in the entertainment industry, she has been placed in pivotal roles in the executive suites of three major record labels and two award-winning publishing companies. She also managed the legendary recording studio, The Music Mill for five years and was the Director of Copyright Administration at Mosaic Music.

Born in Paducah, KY, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her husband Dan and twins Sophie & Lily Keen, and loves UK Wildcat Basketball.

Erin Blair Caldwell

Erin Blair Caldwell initially interned with Music Services from January 2019 until September 2019 when she was hired. Currently, she works on the Record Label Administration team where she helps manage synchronization licensing, sales processing, indexing works, product setup, and various other tasks with the management of label clients. Erin graduated from Middle Tennessee State University in May 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Recording Industry, concentrating in Music Business.

A native of Mountain Home, Arkansas, Erin learned the value of hard work at an early age. In high school, she participated in the chamber choir, played the French horn in the concert and marching band, and held several roles in musical theatre. She also participated in a German exchange program in her Junior year. Through G.A.P.P., she traveled to Southern Germany and stayed with a host family, attending a German high school for one month.

Outside of work, Erin can be found looking for antiques and vintage clothing, as well as taking care of her two fat cats with her husband, TJ. She is a lover of birds, reading, and writing.

Emily Myers
Coordinator, Publishing Services

Emily Myers joined Music Services in February 2022. She is a member of the publishing team, where she assists with licensing, royalty processing, and song management for clients such as Disciple Rocks, Swoope, LIFESTYLE33, Word Music and Church Resources, Word Entertainment, and more.

Emily graduated from Oklahoma City University with a Bachelor of Music emphasizing in Music Business in 2017. Before coming to Music Services, Emily worked for a variety of entertainment companies including Lyric Theater of Oklahoma, Brooklyn Music Factory, and GD78 Music in Dublin, Ireland. Emily spent ten years of her career as a worship leader, leading the local church in many songs that are now part of the catalogs she manages today. She is also an accomplished songwriter and recording artist who performs regularly in the Nashville music scene.

A Missouri native, Emily enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time with family & friends in her time outside of work.

Jessica Schroeder
Manager, License Clearances

Jessica Schroeder joined the Music Services team in the fall of 2022. She graduated from Greenville University with a Bachelor of Science in Music Business and minors in Music, Spanish, and Accounting. After graduation she interned with 7 Spin Music’s Quick Artist Agency and The Blue Room Café assisting with booking, promotions, administrative and contract processes. She more recently spent four years with Bethel Music as the Licensing Administrator & Translations Coordinator and later the Licensing & Clearance Specialist. Before joining Music Services, she was contracted with Angel Studios where she assisted with sync licensing for The Chosen TV series. During her stint in California, she had the opportunity to sing the national anthem for Sonoma Raceway, San Jose Giants, Redding Royals, Redding Colt 45’s, San Jose Earthquakes, and the LA Galaxy II.

Born in Columbus, Ohio she enjoys hiking, spontaneous adventures, writing, singing, and enjoying time with friends and family.

Libby Trbovic
Coordinator, Label Services

Libby Trbovic joined Music Services after graduating from Belmont University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Music Business with an emphasis in Legal Studies. She initially interned with Music Services in June 2022 up until she completed her degree in May 2023. She had also interned with Country Radio Broadcasters, Farris, Self & Moore Business Management, and Q Management Group prior to her time at Music Services.

Libby is a part of the label services team, assisting in product setup, sales processing, and helping manage label clients.

Born and raised in Hinsdale, Illinois Libby is an avid fan of the Muppets, Cross-Stitch, and her two dogs Gideon and Heidi.
